Store Policies

Supplies & Co. guarantees the authenticity of every product that we carry. Certain items may include the label's or designer's own mark/s of authenticity, such as an authenticity card, box, dust bag, or labels etc. These will be shipped together with the items you have ordered should it come with.

Supplies & Co. have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of all our goods that we stock on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate. 

All transactions are processed in Singapore dollar (SGD). Currency conversions provided on our website are subject to change - in correlation to the most current exchange rate. The currency conversion provided is an approximation and is not guaranteed to be exact. Please check with your bank and/or card provider for the most accurate rate.  

Supplies & Co. respects your privacy. Your information provided to us is private and confidential. We do not and will not share any information with outside parties. Any information collected is used solely for the purpose of shopping with Supplies & Co. 


Depending on the country of your residence, international orders might be subject to customs, import or brokerage fee when ordering from Supplies & Co. By placing an international order with Supplies & Co., you agree to cover any applicable customs, duties, and/or taxes levied on your destination country. please contact your local customs office for local regulations

Returns and Exchanges

Supplies & Co. has a 7 days exchange policy. Your order is eligible for store credits or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept any refunds and/or returns. Goods are only eligible if they have not been worn, damaged, or washed, and have all of the original tags. 

All sale products are final and will not be eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

All exchanges must first be authorised via email prior to shipping it back to us. Goods returned without proper authorisation will not be entertained. Please contact us, with your order number, at to request for an exchange or for store credit.

An exchange form will be sent to you after authorisation. Please fill it up with the necessary details and indicate if you would like an exchange or store credit. For exchanges, please fill up the size you would like to exchange for.

Please note that you will be required to bear the postal or courier fees for the return of your goods to us. Goods sent back to us for an exchange must be declared as “Returned Goods” in your respective customs declaration forms. Exchanges that are not properly declared to us may incur additional fees from the respective authorities.

Please use a postal/courier service that can be tracked. Supplies & Co. will not be responsible for any damaged or lost items in the mail. 

Upon receipt of your goods, we will issue the exchange within 3-5 business days. Exchanges are subjected to stock availability. Should the requested for size or goods be out of stock, we will contact you to offer the choice of store credit.

Supplies & Co. will bear the postal or courier costs of shipping the exchanged goods back to you.

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

Store credit will be credited to your registered account once your request is processed.

All store credits will have a validity period of 3 calendar months from the date it was credited into your account. Any unused store credit upon the lapse of the validity period will be considered void.
