Yes we ship internationally through FedEx. Shipping costs, for orders below USD300, will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Paypal can be selected as an option for payment as well. You will be directed to log into your Paypal to complete the payment. Your online privacy and security is important to us. All orders and payment are processed securely through Shopify. We do not and will not store your information.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each payment.
All prices on the site are in US Dollars (USD). Supplies & Co. does not bill for currency exchanges. All fees and charges will be billed by your respective bank or card provider. Supplies & Co. will not be held liable for any and all charges. Please check with your respective bank or card provider for their respective fees.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to add items to an existing order once you have placed it with us. If you would like all your items to be delivered to you together, please cancel and place a new order which contain all the items you require
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Supplies & Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or factors affecting the freight service we use.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number from FedEx which you can use to track your parcels.
